FranchiseQuestions.ai is used by franchise brands to answer prospective franchisees' questions from the brand's approved materials. When you use a brand's candidate app, the questions you ask, the answers you receive, and your activity in the app are stored and are visible to that brand's franchise development staff and to the platform operator.
Your journey progress, knowledge-check attempts and the validation questions you save are visible to that staff as well. Validation notes you write are private unless you choose to share one, and you can un-share it. A clarification you submit about something you were told is read only by a compliance reviewer at the brand.
Your questions are sent to an AI model provider to generate answers. The app never answers questions about earnings or financial performance; those are referred to a named person at the brand.
Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth. We store your email address and name, your brand memberships, and the records above. We do not sell your data. To ask about your data or request deletion, contact the brand that invited you.
